My Brother’s War

I’ve been meaning to post about this series by Jessica Hines. She began documenting letters and ephemera from her older brother who went to war in Viet Nam. Her book ‘My Brother’s War‘ has been made into a book on Blurb.
Thinking about it, Jessica was very young and like we were young when the war happened, we didn’t understand much of what was going on. It was not until later that we have the curiosity that cause us to look back. In some cases that incident haunted us later.

Because Blurb lists the author as Elizabeth Avedon — she is the person who designed the book and used her account to put it into Blurb — actually I am the author.
